At ZanduCare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ZanduCare account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
